Mary Tucker has a wealth of experience in the corporate world. Mary began their career in 1996 as a Public Relations professional at Disney Interactive. In 1998, they became a Site Director at TeleTech Holdings, followed by a Vice President role at Computer Generated Solutions, Inc. in 2003. In 2006, they were appointed Director of Global Consumer Experience at Philips Consumer Lifestyle. From 2010 to 2011, Mary held the role of OCTO at the DC Government, where they focused on streamlining technical help desk operations and developing customer experience best practice management. From 2011 to 2014, they were the Chief Executive Officer of UPIC Health, LLC. In 2020, Mary co-founded My Care Village and is currently the President. Most recently, in 2021, Mary became the Chief Member at Chief, a private network designed for senior women leaders.
Mary Tucker has a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Marymount University. Mary also has two additional certifications: a Coursera Verified Certificate in "How to Change the World" obtained in March 2014, and a Satmetrix Net Promoter Score certification obtained in February 2010.
