Akshay Gawde

Akshay Gawde is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as Lead of HR Operations at UPL since August 2022. Prior to this role, Akshay held the position of Assistant Manager of Human Resources at Emcure Pharmaceuticals Limited from December 2020 to August 2022, and previously worked as a Human Resources Business Partner within the same company from March 2015 to June 2020. Akshay has a strong background in HR operations shared services management and payroll management. Earlier experience includes roles at Airtel and Telenor. Educational qualifications include a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from Sikkim Manipal University and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from the Eastern Institute for Integrated Learning in Management.
