Marc Nicola

Marc Nicola is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in talent management and organizational development across various regions. Currently serving as Head of HR for both the Europe Region and South Europe at UPL since August 2020, Marc previously held the role of HR Director for West African Countries at Equatorial Coca-Cola Bottling Company from January 2017 to August 2020. Earlier experience includes significant roles at Eurofragance, Pepsico, General Optica, Applus Technologies, and IOR Consulting.
