Chris Lucas

Chris Lucas is an accomplished technology operations leader with extensive experience in cloud services and IT support. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Cloud Operations at Upland Software since November 2018, Chris is responsible for building a Service Delivery team to enhance SaaS Operations across the product suite. Previously, Chris held the position of Director of Cloud Operations at Planview, Inc. from 2008 to 2018, where Chris built the Cloud Operations team and managed a 10-member team providing 24/5 client service and support. From 2005 to 2008, Chris was Senior Manager of IT Helpdesk at CoreLogic, focused on establishing a high-quality helpdesk to meet customer demands during rapid growth. Early career experience includes serving as Senior Manager of Network and Systems Monitoring at Charles Schwab from 1998 to 2005, following the acquisition of CyberCorp. Chris holds a degree from Stephen F. Austin State University, completed in 1996.
