Elisa Zuñiga has been working in the nutrition and health field since 2015. In 2015, they began as a Nutrition Specialist at Clínica INDISA. In this role, they determined neonatal macro and micro nutritional requirements, selected the right formula or supplements, and prepared tailored nutritional care regimens. In 2016, they moved to Clínica Las Condes as an Eating Disorders Nutritionist, where they examined and prescribed treatment plans for patients, created and monitored personalized Diet Plans, and reviewed test records. In 2019, Elisa took on a Sales and Marketing role at Kuhlman Showroom USA, where they developed and executed the marketing and sales strategies for 7 European shoe brands in the US Market, built and maintained relationships with over 1500 customer accounts, and increased brand awareness through social media campaigns. Currently, Elisa is a Nutrition Health Coach Manager and Nutrition Health Specialist at Supergut, where they are an expert in nutrition, functional ingredients, and claims for all products and programs, and translates science and research studies into consumer-friendly communications.
Elisa Zuñiga obtained a Bachelor of Science in Clinical Nutrition and Dietetic with Mention Management and Quality from Universidad Andres Bello between 2010 and 2016. Elisa then went on to receive a Master of Business Administration from California State University, Long Beach from 2018 to 2020. In addition, Elisa has obtained several certifications, including a Nutritionist Series: Gut Restoration Strategies to Support Your Clients from The Health Sciences Academy in March 2022, a Certificate in Academic Business Writing from University of California, Berkeley in August 2019, a Sport Nutrition certification from American Fitness and Nutrition Academy in April 2017, a Certificate in International Bionanotechnology from Universidad Andres Bello in 2015, and a HACCP (Food Safety) Auditor certification from HACCPChile.
