Lauren Yoder

Lauren Yoder, SPHR, currently serves as the Director of People Business Partner at Uplight, a position held since December 2021, and has also led the Prism (LGBTQ+) Employee Resource Group. Prior to Uplight, Lauren was the Human Resources Director at Global Market Innovators for a brief period in 2021. Previous experience includes various roles at Insperity, where responsibilities ranged from Manager of HR Services to Client Liaison, as well as a Human Resources Specialist at Wiland and an Executive Team Leader in Human Resources at Target. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Organizational Management with a focus on Human Services and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Management, both obtained from Chadron State College.
