Sam Ravi Kumar

Sam Ravi Kumar is a seasoned architectural professional with extensive experience in project management, architectural design, and Building Information Modeling (BIM). Currently serving as Principal of Studio Operations and Director at U+A since February 2014, Sam has been responsible for overseeing projects from pre-concept to final tender while managing budgets and the tender process. Previous roles include Architect at Aedas, where Sam focused on architectural design and developed Revit models, and positions at KGD Architecture and J&I Architects, emphasizing design development, client interaction, and team training in BIM software. Sam holds a Bachelor of Architecture from the College of Engineering Trivandrum and has received certifications in Revit and Advanced Dynamo for architecture.
