Osamu Hearnshaw

Osamu Hearnshaw is an experienced finance professional currently serving as a Development Finance Analyst at LandsecU+I since September 2023. Prior to this role, Osamu worked as a Finance Manager at Lendlease from January 2022 to September 2023 and held the position of Head of FP&A at Optivo from October 2018 to January 2022. Additional experience includes contracting as an EMEA Finance Manager at Bluewolf, an IBM Company, and serving as a Financial Management Accountant at Octopus Healthcare. Osamu began a career in finance at Deloitte UK as an Assistant Manager from October 2013 to March 2017. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from UCL, First-Class Honours, and professional credentials as ACA from ICAEW and a CPD Accredited Course in Financial Planning and Analysis from the London School of Business and Finance.
