Penny Humphrey has extensive experience in marketing and retail. Penny started their career as an Advertising Manager at EMAP from 1997 to 2001. Penny then joined Electronic Arts, where they held various roles, including Retail Marketing Manager and Head of Retail and Experiential Marketing UKI & DT. Their responsibilities at Electronic Arts included managing teams, executing strategic planning and implementation, budget management, agency partnership management, and building relationships with internal and external partners. Penny's achievements at Electronic Arts include driving record pre-order numbers for FIFA and BATTLEFIELD, securing permanent retail space for key franchise products, and creating successful experiential marketing campaigns. In 2013, they joined U+I (U and I Group PLC) as the Head of Marketing.
Penny Humphrey obtained a Bachelor's degree in Cultural Studies/Critical Theory and Analysis from the University of Portsmouth from 1989 to 1992. Prior to that, from 1985 to 1987, they attended Midhurst Grammar School.
