Joanna Szmaj

Joanna Szmaj has a strong background in human resources, with experience in various HR roles at different companies. Joanna is currently a Senior HR Specialist at UPM Raflatac, where Joanna manages HR operational services, recruiting processes, internal training, and provides support to managers and expatriates. Prior to this, Joanna worked as a Coordinator of HR at Max Power, where Joanna handled recruitment processes, payroll documentation, and client relations. Joanna also has experience as a Recruitment Coordinator at Work Service S.A., where Joanna conducted recruitment projects for international clients and coordinated employee hiring processes. Joanna holds a Master's degree in Pedagogy with a specialization in Andragogy from the University of Wroclaw.
