Sam Lu has over a decade of experience in IT and service design, currently serving as a Manager and Business Control IT Architect within the Service Design and Operations team at UPM Raflatac since March 2012. Previously, Sam held various roles as a Senior IT Expert and IT Expert in the IT Services sector for UPM Raflatac, focusing on Southeast Asia Pacific and Greater China. Earlier professional experience includes a position as a Software Engineer at HP from March 2010 to February 2012. Sam Lu earned a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Soochow University in China from 2001 to 2005.
