Kati Kaskeala

Kati Kaskeala is an experienced leader in communications and stakeholder relations, currently serving as Vice President of Stakeholder Relations for UPM Fibres since August 2023. Previously, Kati held the role of Vice President of Communications at Fiskars Group, overseeing global communications for the design-driven brand company. Prior experiences include leading communications and public affairs for Johnson & Johnson Consumer Health in Southern Europe, as well as significant roles at Kellogg Company, AJE, Burger King Worldwide, Unilever, the European Parliament, and Burson-Marsteller. Kati holds a Master's degree in European political and administrative studies from the College of Europe and a Master's degree in translation and interpreting from the University of Turku.
