Ben Terpening

Ben Terpening is a seasoned professional in engineering and project management, currently serving as a Partner at Upper 90 since May 2017. Prior experience includes roles as Account Executive and Sr. Project Engineer at McKinstry from July 2014 to May 2017, and Project Manager at ECM Holding Group from January 2013 to July 2014. Ben began a career at SSI Technologies, Inc. as a Process Engineer in the PMT group from January 2011 to January 2013, specializing in exhaust system components for the automotive industry. Earlier positions include Building Manager at Pioneer Student Center and a Continuous Improvement Engineering Co-op at Pointe Precision, Inc. Ben holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering Management with a minor in Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville, achieved in 2010.
