Teresa Ball

Teresa Ball currently serves as the 1st FIVE Site Coordinator CSA-1 at Upper Des Moines Opportunity, a role focused on enhancing developmental screening for children aged birth to five in Iowa. Previously, Teresa worked at Iowa Lakes Community College as a Career Pathway Navigator and Education Programmer, providing career planning support and assisting with grant-funded courses. Teresa has also held leadership roles such as Director of the Spencer Archery Team, where fundraising and advocacy for the NASP initiative were key responsibilities. Additional professional experience includes positions as a Substitute Teacher at Spencer CSD, Office Manager at Spencer Lumber Company, and Manager Assistant at Stage Dept. Store. Teresa's education includes a Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership and a Bachelor of Science in Secondary Education with a concentration in Psychology, along with an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Accounting.
