Lasanna Allen is an experienced hospitality professional with a Bachelor of Science degree in Food Service Management from the University of Technology, Jamaica. Currently serving as a Food and Beverage Intern at Upper Montclair Country Club since April 2016, Lasanna manages events, supervises staff, and ensures customer satisfaction. As a Co-Founder of Alorrs Waitering Services since January 2013, Lasanna has developed innovative marketing ideas and managed staffing and event supervision. Previous roles include Chef, Waitress, and Bartender at Champions Riverside Resort, where Lasanna excelled in meal preparation and guest service, as well as a Mixologist at 689 by Brian Lumley, responsible for cocktail creation and bar management.
