Joseph L. Geib

Joseph L. Geib is an experienced municipal management professional with a comprehensive background in township administration and project coordination. Since November 2010, Joseph has served as the Assistant Township Manager for Upper Saucon Township, where responsibilities include collaboration on key projects with a focus on securing over $2 million in grant funding. Prior experience includes roles as Borough Manager for Richlandtown Borough and Special Projects Manager for Richland Township, both located in Pennsylvania. Joseph's earlier experience encompasses GIS specialization in Hunterdon County, outreach efforts with the USDA-NRCS, and geographic analysis at Rutgers University. Joseph holds a Bachelor of Science in Earth and Atmospheric Sciences from Rutgers University and a Master's degree in City/Urban, Community and Regional Planning from Temple University.
