Mike Holtzer

Mike Holtzer has over 25 years of experience in the business and retail industry. Mike began their career in 1993 as COO of Sheridan UK Limited. In 1995, they moved to OrotonGroup as President/COO, where they successfully managed the 5 brand business through turbulent times and built a solid infrastructure to allow the business to double in size in 3 years. In 1999, they became CFO of Specialty Bakers LLC. In 2001, they returned to OrotonGroup as COO. In 2005, they became CEO of Cat Media/PharmaCare. From 2007 to 2016, they were the owner of The Retail COO Group, providing advisory board services for businesses that need an experienced Executive to question and address the difficult decisions that regularly arise. In 2016, they were a Senior Consultant - Performance Improvement at Grant Thornton Australia and Advisory Board at OX Group International Pty Ltd. Since 2017, they have been Global COO of Uppercut Deluxe, the leading men's styling brand, where they restructured the business in year one to become profitable, cash generating and ready for global growth. Mike has managed the international growth to become highly profitable.

Mike Holtzer attended York Suburban from 1978 to 1981. Mike then attended Clemson University from 1981 to 1986, where they earned a BS in Financial Management / Accounting. Mike is currently enrolled in the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
