Maria Ahrgren

Maria Ahrgren is the Planning & Quality Manager at UPPSALA KOMMUN. Maria has over ten years of experience working in quality assurance and process improvement.

Maria started their career as a Kvalitetsutvecklare at Äldrekontoret, Uppsala komun in 2006. In this role, they were responsible for the quality assurance of the agency's processes and procedures. Maria also worked on developing and securing the agency's processes and routines, as well as improving and coordinating process improvements.

In 2010, Maria became the Planning & Quality Manager at UPPSALA KOMMUN. In this role, they are responsible for the planning and quality assurance of the municipality's services. Maria also coordinates the municipality's data collection, analysis and reporting.

Maria Ahrgren has a degree in Strategic Leadership from Teamout AB, a quality management certification from Handelshøyskolen, and a certification in Quality Technique from Mittuniversitetet. Maria also has a certification in Lean production and service from Plan. Maria has a master's degree in languages (english, spanish), education from Uppsala University.
