Isabelle van Rycke

Isabelle Van Rycke has extensive work experience in the consumer healthcare industry. Isabelle currently holds the position of President and Chief Executive Officer at UPSA, starting in May 2021. Prior to UPSA, Isabelle worked at Sanofi for seven years, holding various roles including Senior Vice President & Head of Europe Region – Consumer Healthcare and General Manager of Europe Consumer Health Care. Isabelle also served as a Board Member at AIM - European Brands Association from 2018 to 2021 and as a Board Member at AESGP from 2017 to 2021. Before their time at Sanofi, Isabelle worked at Valeur Absolue as Deputy Managing Director and at Danone as Marketing Director. Isabelle has also had previous roles at Colgate, Colgate-Palmolive, and Unilever, where they gained experience in marketing and innovation.

From 1992 to 1995, Isabelle Van Rycke attended Ichec Brussels Management School for an unspecified degree and field of study.
