Charla Walton-Rose

Charla Walton-Rose has extensive experience in the insurance industry, currently serving as Principal and Vice-President at Upshaw Insurance Agency since September 1992. Prior to this role, Charla worked as a Service Representative at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Texas from June 1983 to September 1992. Charla completed studies at Amarillo College between 1980 and 1982.
