Jessica Howell

Jessica Howell, SHRM-SCP, has over 20 years of experience in human resources, currently serving as the Director of Human Resources at Upshaw Insurance Agency since March 2016. Prior to this role, Jessica held the position of Human Resources Manager at A To Z Tire from November 1997 to February 2016. Jessica holds a degree from West Texas A&M University, earned between 2003 and 2007.
