Kristin Herce

Kristin Herce has extensive experience in finance and accounting roles. Kristin is currently serving as the Chief Financial Officer at Upshop, a position they assumed in January 2022. Prior to that, they worked as the Senior Vice President Finance at Upshop from July to December 2021.

Before joining Upshop, Kristin was the Business Controller and Head of Finance at AnazaoHealth Corporation from March 2020 to July 2021. Kristin also worked as the Controller at Joffrey's Coffee & Tea Company for almost nine years, from June 2011 to March 2020.

In addition to their corporate experience, Kristin has served as the Treasurer of the Board of Directors for St. Lawrence Catholic School Parents Club from July 2015 to June 2017. Kristin has also held finance roles at Tui Marine, Gerdau, Hapag-Lloyd AG, and Ernst & Young, where they gained valuable experience in various aspects of finance, accounting, and internal controls. Their longest tenure was at Hapag-Lloyd AG, where they served as the Corporate Accounting Manager from June 2006 to July 2009.

Kristin Herce's education history begins in 1996 when they enrolled at the University of Florida to pursue a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting (BSAC). Kristin completed their undergraduate studies in 2000.

Shortly after, in 2000, Kristin Herce continued their education at the University of Florida, this time at the master's level. Kristin enrolled in the Master of Accounting (MACC) program with a focus on Accounting and Taxation. Kristin completed their master's degree in 2001.

In addition to their degrees, Kristin Herce obtained a certification as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) from the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation in November 2002.
