Lee Jackson

Lee Jackson has a diverse work experience spanning over 30 years. Lee currently serves as the Manager of Customer Support at Upshop, where they have been working since 2018. In this role, they effectively manage the customer support team to ensure outstanding service experiences. Lee also leads special projects related to global support and implementation.

Before joining Upshop, Lee worked at Applied Data Corporation (ADC) for five years, starting in 2013. Lee held the position of Sr. Implementation Team Lead, responsible for managing daily operations and overseeing technical documentation and project scopes for new implementations and upgrades. Lee also served as a Level II Technical Support Analyst at ADC, troubleshooting technical issues and providing network infrastructure support.

Prior to ADC, Lee worked at Teamwork Retail as the Project Manager and Manager of Project Planning. From 2011 to 2013, they supervised concurrent projects involving the implementation of retail systems and performed analysis duties for new projects.

Lee has also been an entrepreneur, as the Owner, Photographer, and Project Manager at Prime Time Digital Media, Inc. Lee started the business in 2003 and oversaw the company's operations, specializing in live concert and event photography.

In addition to their entrepreneurial ventures, Lee has held various project management roles at Amway Global, Pfizer, Level 3 Communications, and Herman Miller. Lee also served as an E4 / MS3 in the US Navy from 1991 to 1994.

Throughout their career, Lee has demonstrated strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively manage teams and projects. Lee is experienced in technical implementation, customer support, and project planning.

Lee Jackson's education history begins in 1998 when they attended Davenport University. Lee studied Business Management and graduated in 1999. In 2002, they enrolled at Cornerstone University and studied Business/Religion for a year. During this time, they also obtained a certification in Advanced Business Writing and Editing Techniques from Cornerstone University. Currently, Lee Jackson is pursuing a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) degree in Management Information Systems, General at Western Governors University, starting in 2021. Additionally, they have obtained a certification in Transitioning to Supervisor from Pryor Learning | Fred Pryor Seminars | Career Track. Lee also holds a certification as a Microsoft Certified Professional, and a Network Plus certification's institution remains unspecified.
