Frank’s expert ability to advise clients comes from over two decades of experience in the technology industry. He works diligently to help companies achieve their goals by providing simple, yet effective, technology services that enhance and optimize the way they work. His philosophies are simple—work hard, do what is right by the customer, be their advocate, pay attention to the details, be responsive and most importantly be transparent.

Most recently, Frank and David Garrick served at the helm of idea! Communications Group Inc., a firm they co-founded in 2002. Their IT firm focuses on customers and specializes in solving business technology problems.

Long before they were partners, David and Frank worked together selling major accounts at Qwest (now Lumen). In the aftermath of Qwest’s in-region spinoff to Touch America, the pair found themselves without jobs and thought of starting their own company. After validating the concept with a few clients, they decided to team up to form idea! Communications Group, a customer-focused IT firm specializing in solving business technology problems.

Frank and David have completed over 1,100 successful projects for a global engineering company deploying global voice and data networks, regionalized aggregation points in various data centers around the world, and successfully migrating their compute environment. An important gauge of their success was when the Global CIO of the engineering company told the pair that she could not tell the difference between them and her staff, as they were so dedicated to their projects and were an extension of her team.
