Trish Van De Bovenkamp

As Partner and Managing Director with UPSTACK, Trish brings more than 30 years of experience in telecom and IT to provide business clients with expertly customized solutions, along with an elevated service experience. Trish came to UPSTACK from United Technology LLC, a telecom agency she founded in 2005, following more than 15 years as a top-performing sales executive with major global companies such as CenturyLink (now Lumen), WorldCom and Moscow Cellular. Her thorough understanding of the industry and the customer journey has enabled her to earn the trust of global executives amidst complicated digital transformations. United Technology advises global organizations on managed services infrastructure, workplace and workforce transformation, network transformation, security and managed application services. Over the past seven years, the company experienced 30 percent year-over-year growth and in 2020, amid the pandemic, it recorded its best year to date. One of Trish’s many successful projects was a full outsource for a Global BPO which encompassed CX transformation, custom infrastructure as a service, network and workforce transformation. Trish brings a wide range of unique expertise to clients including automation, edge computing, outsourcing, optimization, CX (customer experience), DX (digital experience), and EX (employee experience). Trish has a bachelor’s degree from University at Albany, SUNY, and still resides in New York and Florida. In her free time, Trish enjoys packing light and traveling to destinations across the country and around the world. Trish is committed to elevating and empowering women in technology.
