Joshua Chellappa

Joshua Chellappa has extensive work experience in quality management and operations. Joshua currently holds the role of Vice President of Quality at Upstart Power, Inc. Since joining the workforce in 2011, Chellappa has held various leadership positions in companies such as EnerDel, Shiloh Industries, ISRINGHAUSEN GmbH, Consolidated Metco, Cummins Inc., Dow AgroSciences, Freedom One Mobility llc., and TVS - SUNDARAM BRAKE LININGS. In these roles, they have demonstrated expertise in implementing quality tools and systems, managing teams, ensuring compliance to standards, and driving operational excellence. Joshua'saccomplishments include successfully launching new assembly operations, leading teams in compliance to customer and quality standards, and improving productivity and cost savings through process improvements.

Joshua Chellappa has a diverse education history. In 2018, they obtained an Executive Online Certification in Leading through Financial Excellence from MIT Sloan School of Management. Prior to that, from 2011 to 2013, they pursued a Master of Science (M.S.) in Engineering Management at Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology. Joshua'sundergraduate education was completed from 2007 to 2011 at Anna University, where they earned a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Mechanical Engineering.
