Paul Osenar has a diverse work experience in the energy and technology sectors. Paul Osenar completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Materials Science & Engineering at Cornell University from 1988 to 1992. Following this, they pursued further education and obtained their Ph.D. in Materials Science & Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign between 1992 and 1997.
