Brien Givens is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in engineering management and software development. Currently serving as a Senior Engineering Manager at Upstart since March 2019, Brien previously founded Project Gnar and held positions at Ampush, Comprehend Systems, and Cyberaxiom, where notable achievements include the architecture of the dbiScript platform and the development of a sophisticated role-based access control system. Brien's technical expertise encompasses a wide range of frontend and backend technologies, as well as testing frameworks, with a strong background in various software development processes, including Kanban and Scrum.
