Ganesh Prasad Srivastav

Ganesh Prasad Srivastav is a seasoned data engineering leader with extensive experience in managing complex data initiatives across various prestigious organizations. Currently serving as the Head of Data Engineering at Upstart since August 2020, Ganesh oversees a team of 45 professionals to drive the data strategy for a rapidly growing FinTech startup. Previously, at Facebook, as a Senior Manager in Data Engineering, Ganesh contributed to the development of a petabyte-scale data warehouse. Additional experience includes roles at Disney ABC Television Group as a Business Intelligence Engineering Manager, Pramati Technologies as a Principal Engineer, and Amazon as a Data Engineer. Ganesh's early career was shaped at ZS Associates, where significant contributions were made in business technology consulting. Ganesh holds a Bachelor of Technology degree in Information from the Indian Institute of Information Technology Allahabad.
