Justin Routt

Justin Routt is currently working as the Capital Markets Lead for Institutional Capital for Auto Finance at Upstart. Prior to this, Justin held the position of Director of Research at Crystal Capital Partners, LLC. Before that, Justin was a Partner at Delacroix Advisors and Vice President at Amherst Holdings. Justin's experience includes roles as an Associate in Non-Agency RMBS trading and an Analyst at Citigroup. Justin completed their Bachelor's of Arts in Economics and Political Science at the University of Pennsylvania.
