Tyler Fach is an accomplished data analytics professional with extensive experience in causal inference and experimentation. Currently serving as a Principal Analyst at Upstart since November 2024, Tyler previously held the position of Director of Data Analytics at Flow, where notable achievements included developing accurate Monte Carlo models and building a comprehensive data platform. Prior to Flow, Tyler was an Analytics Manager at Dropbox, directing a team and optimizing significant revenue streams through experimentation.
