Wilma G. currently serves as the VP and Head of FP&A at Upstart since March 2021, bringing extensive finance leadership experience gained from previous roles at Visa as Director of FP&A and at Electronic Arts (EA) in various Senior Finance Manager positions, overseeing multiple game development studios. Wilma's expertise includes managing monthly close processes, quarterly forecasts, and providing strategic financial guidance for both HD and mobile development initiatives. Prior to EA, Wilma was a Senior Financial Analyst at Gymboree Corporation, where responsibilities included preparing operating budgets for over 900 retail stores, and experience also includes project management at Fisher Investments and community management at Woodmont Real Estate Services. Wilma holds an MBA in Finance from the University of San Francisco and a BA in Mathematics and Music from Occidental College.
