Melanie Mellott

Melanie Mellott is an experienced financial professional with a strong background in accounting and analysis. Currently serving as a Financial Analyst and previously as a Staff Accountant at Upstate Niagara Cooperative, Inc. since August 2016, Melanie has also worked as a Staff Accountant at the Visiting Nurse Association from September 2015 to August 2016. Prior to that, experience includes roles at M&T Bank from July 2012 to September 2015, where Melanie advanced from Accounting Specialist to Accounting/Financial Analyst II. Additionally, managerial experience was gained at Tops Markets as Manager on Duty, overseeing multiple departments. Melanie began a career in the finance sector as a Work Study Student in the Human Resource Office at Niagara University, where administrative skills were developed. Melanie holds a Master of Business Administration in Accounting and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting, both from Niagara University.
