Shea Clingerman

Shea Clingerman has extensive experience in the field of clinical operations and research. Shea most recently worked as an Associate Director of Clinical Operations at Upstream Bio starting in March 2023. Prior to that, they were an Associate Director and Clinical Study Lead at Dyne Therapeutics from October 2021 to March 2023. Shea also held the position of Clinical Operations Lead at Syneos Health (Previously INC Research/inVentiv Health) from January 2018 to October 2021. Before that, they worked as a Senior Clinical Research Associate at INC Research from June 2015 to December 2017. Additionally, Shea served as a Certified Clinical Research Associate at Chiltern International from November 2007 to June 2015. Their earlier career includes roles as a Clinical Research Associate and Clinical Research Coordinator at CTMS, Inc from August 2004 to November 2007.

Shea Clingerman obtained a BA in Business/Accounting from Covenant College between 1999 and 2003. In addition, Shea obtained certification as a Clinical Research Associate from the Association of Clinical Research Professionals in September 2007.
