Matthew Foley

Matthew Foley is a highly skilled physical therapist with extensive experience in clinical settings and leadership roles. Currently serving as the Regional Clinical Excellence Coordinator at Upstream Rehabilitation since August 2022, Matthew concurrently holds the title of Clinic Director and Physical Therapist at BenchMark Physical Therapy, a position held since August 2018. Previous roles include Orthopedic Resident at Upstream Rehab Institute and Student Physical Therapist at both BenchMark Physical Therapy and Brooks Rehabilitation. Matthew has a strong background in developing individualized treatment plans, conducting thorough patient evaluations, and collaborating with healthcare teams to enhance patient outcomes. An educational background includes a Doctor of Physical Therapy from Armstrong State University and a Bachelor's degree in Exercise and Sports Science from The University of Georgia.
