Tonya Little

Tonya Little is an experienced Benefits Manager at Upstream Rehabilitation since June 2018, with a prior role as a Benefits Specialist at ContinuCare Health Services from September 2017 to June 2018, where responsibilities included researching employee benefits plans and implementing effective programs. Tonya also served as a Benefits Administrator at Xpress Global Systems from April 2015 to September 2017 and held the position of Benefits/Training & Development Administrator at Community First Bank & Trust from November 2005 to December 2014. Tonya Little holds a Bachelor's of Science degree in Exercise Science and Pedagogy from The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga.
