Kelley Fernandez

Kelley Fernandez has extensive experience in development operations and project management, currently serving as a Development Operations Specialist at Upstream USA since September 2021, after previously holding the role of Development Operations Associate. Prior to this, Kelley worked at City Year from July 2015 to September 2021, where roles included Development Associate, Special Projects Manager, and Special Projects Assistant to the CEO. Responsibilities included managing executive calendars, coordinating meetings, and overseeing sensitive tasks. Additionally, Kelley has a background in team leadership as a Senior AmeriCorps Member, mentoring a team of student success coaches and providing support to students as an AmeriCorps Member. Early career experiences also include a Scheduling Manager role and a part-time cashier position while earning a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of California, Riverside from 2010 to 2015.
