Teagan Drawbridge-Quealy

Teagan Drawbridge-Quealy is an experienced professional in training and education, currently serving as the Training & Coaching Integration Director at Upstream USA since November 2019. Prior roles include Senior Manager of Coaching Skills Training and Lead Trainer in Massachusetts. Teagan previously worked with Education, Training, Research from July 2015 to July 2023 as a Consultant Trainer, facilitating various trainings including those focused on cultural sensitivity and adult learning. Additionally, Teagan was a Professional Trainer and Developer at Planned Parenthood League of Massachusetts from August 2013 to November 2019, where responsibilities included co-developing and facilitating training programs, training a cadre team, and disseminating best practices in sex education. Teagan's early experience also includes positions as a Counselor at the Center for Child Development and a Community Educator for Planned Parenthood of Delaware. Teagan holds a Master of Social Work and a Master of Education in Human Sexuality from Widener University, along with a Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of New Hampshire.
