Roy Sailor

Roy Sailor has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Roy currently serves as the Chief Growth Officer at Upswing Health, where they are responsible for driving business growth and assisting with business strategy. Roy is also an Advisory Board Member at the same organization, where they contribute to market development activities.

Prior to their current role, Roy worked as a Venture Partner at Caduceus Capital Partners, LLC, focusing on investment opportunities. Roy also served as the Principal at TellTale Advisors, LLC, providing strategic management and business development advisory services to Digital Health technology companies.

Before that, Roy held various executive positions at UnitedHealth Group, including Vice President roles in Business Development, Strategic Partnerships, Risk and Quality, and Client Delivery Accountable Care. In these roles, they led client management, strategic relationships, and oversaw the delivery of healthcare solutions. Roy also worked as an Enterprise Client Executive, providing healthcare strategy, operations, and technology expertise.

Earlier in their career, Roy was a Senior Partner and Practice Director at Computer Sciences Corporation, responsible for their Health Plan consulting practice in the western U.S. Roy also served as the Chief Operating Officer of Health Information Networks at Optum and held senior leadership positions at Perot Systems Corp, Perot Systems, and First Consulting Group.

Roy's extensive experience in healthcare, business development, strategic partnerships, and client management makes him a valuable asset in the industry.

Roy Sailor completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Business at Fort Lewis College from 1975 to 1979. Roy then pursued further education and obtained a Master of Science degree in Computer Information Systems from Colorado State University between 1981 and 1983.
