Heinrich Nemeczek is the Head of Regulatory Law at Upvest. Prior to joining Upvest, Heinrich was an Associate at White & Case LLP and a Research Associate at the University of Applied Sciences of Deutsche Bundesbank. Heinrich has also worked as a Research Assistant at Harvard Law School, an Academic Assistant at Universität Basel, and a Lawyer at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer. Heinrich received their law degree from Universität Mannheim in 2013.
