Douglas Devereaux

Douglas Devereaux, SHRM-SCP, has extensive work experience in customer success management and client services. Douglas currently serves as the Director of Customer Success at Upwards since April 2022. Prior to this, they worked at OnScreen as a Customer Success Leader from August 2021 to April 2022, and at Infor as a Customer Success Manager from January 2021 to August 2021. Douglas also held the position of Director of Client Services at SinglePoint, Inc. from April 2014 to January 2021. Before entering the customer success field, they worked as an Independent Consultant at AJ LLC from January 2010 to March 2014, and as an Underwriter at CIGNA in 2012.

Douglas Devereaux, SHRM-SCP, holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management from Fordham University, which they obtained between 2005 and 2007. In 2020, they also obtained the SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification from SHRM.
