Emily Kreutner

Emily Kreutner is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in program management, customer success, and education. Currently serving as an Enterprise Program Manager and Customer Success Manager at Upwards since July 2022, Emily focuses on enhancing client relationships and ensuring satisfaction. With experience as a Travel Agent at Travel Grown, Emily has successfully built relationships with clients for high-value vacations and achieved impressive client retention rates. Prior to these roles, Emily contributed over a decade as a French Teacher at North Kansas City Schools, where notable achievements included delivering technology workshops and leading fundraising initiatives. Additional experience includes event planning at KISS Events, managing large-scale events during an internship at Independence Events Center, and overseeing operations as General Manager at Petland Retail Stores.
