Kieran Hackshall

Kieran Hackshall has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Kieran started their career as a Systems Developer at the Australian Hydrographic Service in 2002 and stayed with the company until 2006. Kieran then joined the Australasian Legal Information Institute as a Systems Developer from 2006 to 2008. In 2008, Kieran transitioned to BlueScope, where they worked as a Business Integration Manager until 2014. During their time at BlueScope, they effectively managed business integration projects. In 2014, Kieran joined Upwire and held multiple positions. Kieran started as a Solution Architect and contributed to the company until 2020. From 2020 to 2022, they served as the Vice President of Customer Success, ensuring client satisfaction and success. Currently, starting from July 2022, Kieran is the Chief Product Officer at Upwire, responsible for developing and enhancing the company's product offerings.

Kieran Hackshall obtained a Bachelor of Computer Science - Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Wollongong, studying from 1999 to 2005. In addition, they have obtained certifications in Customer Experience (CX) Strategy and Using Style Guides to Bridge Design and Development from LinkedIn in May 2023.
