Sahil Sahni

Sahil Sahni is an accomplished leader in product strategy and business development, currently serving as GM and SVP Product at Upwork, overseeing the Talent Marketplace, which generates over $650M in revenue and significantly contributes to the company's growth. Prior to Upwork, Sahil held the position of Director of Product Strategy for the Metaverse at Meta, where responsibilities included shaping strategic directions across various software and hardware initiatives. Sahil co-founded AllyO and led it to substantial growth and successful acquisition by HireVue, where Sahil became Chief Customer Officer and managed a large global team.
