Nikolay Begunov

Nikolay Begunov is a seasoned professional in data science and business intelligence, currently serving as the Head of DS&BI WMS at Wildberries since April 2024. With a robust academic background as an Associate Professor at Ural Federal University since 2009, Nikolay has extensive industry experience, including leadership roles at Samokat.tech and OZON.ru, where responsibilities included developing data science teams and implementing innovative models for product identification and marketing materials. Previous positions at MegaFon and Ural Bank for Reconstruction and Development involved deep expertise in big data analytics, risk assessment, and mathematical modeling.
