Evgeny Kilin, CIA®, is a seasoned internal audit professional with extensive experience in various industries, currently serving as Senior Manager of Internal Audit at UralChem since March 2023, where responsibilities include managing a team to improve organizational development processes valued at approximately $450 million. Prior to this, Evgeny held senior audit positions at Enel, JSC Zarubezhneft, UC Rusal, and RAO UES of Russia, focusing on risk management, project evaluation, and audit methodology implementation.
