Sergejs Bondarevs

Sergejs Bondarevs currently serves as the Head of Customer Relations at PayHare since June 2023. With an extensive career at UralChem beginning in September 2013, Sergejs has held key positions including Deputy Chief of Operations for the Riga Fertilizer Terminal, where responsibilities included managing terminal logistics, personnel, and strategic planning. Prior roles encompass Terminal Operations Manager, focusing on day-to-day operations and customer service standards, as well as Stevedoring Foreman at RTO, overseeing cargo operations and mooring. Additional experience includes co-owning Maritime Academy Online LTD., providing affordable education for maritime professionals, and working as a Marine Tug Dispatcher at PKL Flote, coordinating tug fleet logistics and emergency responses. Sergejs holds a Bachelor's degree in Port and Shipping Management from the Latvian Maritime Academy and participated in the Erasmus Program at the University of Ljubljana in Maritime Studies and Transport.
