Zsolt Séra

Zsolt Séra is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in urban and regional development. Serving as a Senior Consultant at HBH Strategy & Development since March 2000, Zsolt has contributed to numerous projects funded by Hungary's Operational Programmes, specializing in urban rehabilitation and integrated strategies for significant Hungarian cities. Additionally, as a Senior Consultant at Grants Europe Consulting since January 2011, Zsolt has managed various urban projects under multiple interregional and transnational cooperation programs. Currently, as a Lead Expert for the URBACT NextGen YouthWork Action Planning Network since June 2023, Zsolt provides valuable expertise in transnational exchange and learning activities, building on previous experience as the Lead Expert for the SIBdev Action Planning Network from September 2019 to August 2022. Zsolt holds a Master of Business Administration in Management and Finance from the Budapest University of Technology and Economics and a background in Foreign Trade from College for Foreign Trade, Budapest.
