Jonathan Baez

Jonathan Baez is an experienced education professional currently serving as the Work-Based Learning Manager at The Urban Assembly, Inc. since September 2022. Previously, Jonathan held multiple roles at KIPP NYC from July 2014 to September 2022, including Transition Counselor, Career Counselor, and Recruitment Associate. In addition, Jonathan serves on the Leadership Council and as Board Chair for NFBLME: The National Fellowship for Black and Latino Male Educators until June 2024. Jonathan's experience also includes being an Advisory Board Member at Lehman College from January 2017 to May 2019, Assistant High School Program Director at Breakthrough New York from July 2012 to July 2014, Coordinator at DREAM in June 2011, and Program Intern at The Posse Foundation in June 2010. Jonathan holds a Master's in Education from Lehman College and a Bachelor of Arts in American Studies from Dickinson College.
