Dennis Bissoon, LEED AP has over 20 years of experience in the construction and engineering industry. Dennis began their career in 2001 as an Administrative Assistant at Aeromart Supermarket and a Desk Clerk at Airport View Guest House. In 2002, they became a Site Coordinator at Beaver Construction Limited. From 2005 to 2012, they worked at Devserv Ltd/ DSL Facilities Ltd as an Engineering Technician, CMMS Technician, and Assistant Project Manager. During this time, they provided quality assurance/control in the field of Electrical, Plumbing, Sprinkler, and HVAC for several buildings, implemented and commissioned the Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) system and Preventative Maintenance for Gulf City Shopping Mall, and collaborated with Engineers and Project Managers regarding design parameters for client projects. From 2011 to 2012, they were a Lighting Assembly Technician at CRW Lighting Inc. and an Assistant Project Manager/Field Manager at Aircraft Air Conditioning Corp. In 2012, they worked as a Customer Service Coordinator at A&S Enterprises, where they computed corporate clients' balance sheets and income statements, provided client support, and acted as an intermediary between clients and tax governing agencies. From 2014 to 2019, they were a Project Superintendent/Project Manager at Peak Mechanical Solutions, where they performed site supervision, scheduling, and coordination for all installation works, collaborated with General Contractors and other contractors regarding coordination issues, and provided Quality assurance/ Quality control in the field of Plumbing and Sprinkler and HVAC. Dennis currently works as a MEP Project Manager at Leeding Builders Group and will begin working as a MEP Project Manager at Urban Atelier Group in 2022.

Dennis Bissoon, LEED AP has a diverse education history. Dennis obtained a High School Diploma from St Anthony's College in 1999, an Associate's degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering Technician from City & Guilds in 2010, a Certificate in Programmable Logic Controller from the School of Business and Computer Science in 2008, and a Certificate in AutoDesk AutoCAD 2006 from the School of Business and Computer Science in 2007. In 2011, they obtained an Advanced Certificate in Advanced Construction Management from CUNY York College and, in 2012, they studied Green Building & Sustainability at the Green Building Research Institute (2013). In 2015, they obtained an Accreditation in Multi-family Building Analyst from Building Professionals Institute.
